Shipping & Return

SHIPPING Policy
A $8 Flat Rate Postage will be charged for each order within delivery Australia. All post will be processed from Monday to Friday.

For Normal Post (within Australia)
All orders will be hand-out to courier within 1-2 working days upon receiving payment.

We are using Sendle Courier service in most of the time (over 98%). The delivery time is approximately 2 to 3 working days for the local region (Some customers told us they received the parcel on the next day, really cool!). For other states, please allow another 2 to 3 days more.

For metropolitan areas and large rural cities, it may take a few days longer for isolated areas.

For Express Post (within Australia)
We are very sorry! We refuse to use Australia Post anymore after they lost our 6 parcels on the SAME day at the SAME warehouse-Alexandra Hug, also the management of AP refused to compensate. We care our customers, we don’t want this happen to our customer again.

However, if you really require an Express Post for your order, please call us on (02) 9572 8288 after you submitted your order. We will assist you further. Please be aware that once you choose Express Post as your shipping method, you agreed to take your own risk on the lost during in-transit. Buy the extra cover (insurance) for your parcel is highly recommended in this case.

For International post (World Wide)
For customers who are located outside of Australia, you are not required to pay immediately after submitting your order. We will need to add the international postage on top of your order manually. After this step, we will send you a PayPal-Request Money link via email.

REFUND Policy
1. For online store, we would like to keep it simple & easy, we only offer a refund within 21 days from the shipping date.
2. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt for proof of purchase (the invoice).
3. Any returns must be in its original packaging and in a completely unaltered state (Never open/used).
4. Postage is not refundable.
