SHIPPING Policy
A $10.90 Flat Rate Postage will be charged for each order within delivery Australia. All post will be processed from Monday-Friday (except Wednesday, we are closed)

For Normal Post (within Australia)
All orders will be hand-out to postman or courier within 1-2 working days upon receiving payment.
We are using AusPost or Sendle Courier service in most of the time (over 98%). The delivery time is approximately 2 to 3 working days for the local region (Some customers told us they received the parcel on the next day, really cool!). For other states, please allow another 2 to 3 days more.
For metropolitan areas and large rural cities, it may take a few days longer for isolated areas.
Buy the Extra Cover (insurance) for your parcel is highly recommended when your order is over $100 worth.

For Express Post (within Australia)
If you require an Express Post for your order, please call us on (02) 9572 8288 after you submitted your order and please make sure contact us before 2pm on the same working day. We will assist you further.

For International post (World Wide)
For customers who are located outside of Australia, you are not required to pay immediately after submitting your order. We will need to add the international postage on top of your order manually. After this step, we will send you a PayPal-Request Money link via email.

REFUND Policy
1. For all online orders, we would like to keep it simple & easy, we only offer a refund within 21 days from the shipping date.
2. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt for proof of purchase (the invoice).
3. Any returns must be in their original packaging and in a completely unaltered state (Never open/used).
4. Postage is not refundable.
